Oblifee Oblifee

Product compliance, in modules you switch on.

Oblifee is the product compliance platform for SMEs and the consultants who serve them. One regulatory brain, monitored every day, holds what your product must be, and how it must be sold, packed, moved and kept, in every market you sell into. Start with packaging EPR, add on-pack labelling, recyclability, WEEE and batteries as you grow; textile, pharma take-back, cosmetics and health-claims duties sit in the same brain. Every duty names who holds it, its status, and where it comes from.

99jurisdictions in the brain
690duties, every one cited
5official lists held verbatim, 48,000 records
Dailyregulator sweep with kept evidence
0personal data ingested. Ever.

One platform. Switch on the modules you need.

Oblifee is built around one thing: your product, and everything it has. Every module reads the same products, packaging and cited regulatory brain, so what you learn in one carries into the next. Start free, and pay only for the modules you switch on.

What is Oblifee?

Oblifee is a modular product compliance platform for the businesses that place goods on the market, and for the consultants who handle compliance on their behalf. Made by LataSys Limited, it is built around your product: sign in at oblifee.app (with email or Google), import your product, packaging and sales data once, and switch on the modules you need. Packaging EPR tells you what you owe and where; Recyclability grades each pack; the Labelling checker reads your artwork and verifies it against each market's on-pack rules; WEEE & Batteries covers your electricals; the claims and composition check reads the cosmetics and health-claims rules; textile and pharmaceutical take-back duties land on the obligations page; product passports resolve at id.oblifee.com; Reporting & PPWR gets you submission-ready; and consultants run every client from one workbench. Every module reads the same continuously monitored regulatory brain: 99 jurisdictions, 690 producer duties, 519 cited fee rates, 318 schemes, 322 on-pack labelling duties and five official lists held word for word. Every duty carries its official source and says whether it is confirmed, illustrative or an estimate.

Built on a brain that never sleeps

The brain is organised by what a product is and has. A regime, one body of rules, engages a product class or trait at one of five stages of its life: be, sell, pack, move, keep. Each duty under it names its kind, who holds it, its status (confirmed, illustrative or estimate) and the citation it rests on. Eleven regimes sit across the five stages today. The 690 producer duties in the seven programme streams (packaging, WEEE, batteries, textiles, pharma take-back, cosmetics, health claims) are what the coverage map counts; on-pack labelling and lithium battery carriage carry their own duties on top.

Five official published lists are held verbatim, with the checksum of the download: UN dangerous goods numbers (3,374 records), CLP Annex VI (4,444), the Commission cosmetic ingredient glossary CosIng (33,638), the US Hazardous Materials Table (3,687) and Canada's TDG Schedule 1 (2,857). Where the brain is silent on a stage of a product's life, it says so rather than scoring around it.

Our monitoring engine checks every watched rate card, gazette and regulator page every single day. Changes are captured as evidence, analysed by AI, and reviewed by a human before they become fact. Unchanged checks are logged too, because diligence is part of the record. And your own systems can read the same brain through the Brain API, read-only, keyed and versioned.

Cited, not asserted

Every duty, rate and on-pack rule links to the page or PDF it came from, with the date we read it. Confirmed, illustrative and estimated figures are always labelled.

Your data, three ways in

Download our CSV templates, upload your own sheets and let AI map them, or connect your ERP: Odoo live today, with Shopify, Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, SAP Business One and Sage connectors built to the same contract and being verified against live accounts. Personal data never crosses the boundary.

One record, every module

Load your products and packaging once and every module reads them, so a pack you assess for fees is the same pack you check for labelling, with a health banner that tells you exactly what to fix next.

New on the platform

The brain now describes what a product is and has, not only its waste: 99 jurisdictions, 690 cited producer duties, five official lists held verbatim and a read-only API for your own systems. Labelling coverage spans 52 markets on five continents (alcohol rules in 46), and jewellery joins the product categories. Here is what shipped with it.

Components library

Define a bottle, cap, box or wrap once and attach it to any product's unit, outer or transit build. Edit the component in one place and every product that uses it updates.

Provable compliance runs

Every label check is sealed at write: content-hashed inputs, the exact rule-set version and the engine that judged it. Export a Compliance Run Dossier that is defensible outside the app.

Future-dated checks

Assess a label for a launch date up to five years out. Rules that will be in force by then are judged as binding, so new product development is checked against the world it will ship into.

AI label design generator

From a completed check, generate front and back pack design concepts for chosen countries or the whole world at a go-live year, built from your own artwork, with peel-label suggestions. Concepts to verify before print, and they say so.

Requirements as a spreadsheet

Export your labelling requirements as one XLSX: requirements as rows, countries as columns, a tick, alert or not-applicable in every cell, guaranteed to the point in time it was generated.

EU PPWR readiness

Per-product readiness across the regulation's pillars, from PFAS to recycled content, with customer attestations and an EU Declaration of Conformity generated to Annex VIII of Regulation (EU) 2025/40, prepared for signature, sealed and auditable.

Meet Obli, your built-in compliance assistant

Every plan includes Obli: an AI assistant that answers in plain language, yours, in fact: it replies in whichever of our 38 languages you use. Ask what you owe, why a fee moved, what a 10% lighter pack would save, what your label needs to carry in a new market, or which duties a product picks up when you sell it there.

Obli never guesses. Every figure it quotes comes from the same live queries that power your dashboard and our regulatory brain - with estimates labelled as estimates. It explains and forecasts; it does not give binding legal advice.
