On the map: the cited obligations, fee rates and schemes across seven programmes (packaging, WEEE, batteries, textiles, pharma take-back, cosmetics, health claims). Where a market imposes no such duty, that is recorded as a cited absence naming the instrument that shows it, and it is drawn here as an answer rather than as a blank.
