What we collect

To provide the Oblifee service we process the account details you give us when you register: your name, work email address and sign-in identifiers. Authentication is handled by Microsoft Entra External ID; we never see or store your password.

What we deliberately do not collect

Oblifee is designed so that your business data contains no personal data. Our import pipeline accepts only product, material, weight, volume and market fields; any other columns in your files, including anything that looks like names, emails, addresses or phone numbers, are discarded at the point of upload and never stored.

How we use your information

• To operate your workspace and authenticate your access.
• To provide support when you ask for it through the in-app help.
• To keep the service secure, including audit logs of administrative actions.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train AI models.

Where your data lives

All service data is stored in Microsoft Azure, United Kingdom region, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted per workspace at the database level.

Cookies

The application uses strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and your workspace preferences. The marketing site uses analytics only with your consent.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time through our help centre.
