The pack is designed. The next market wants a different label.
Label Rework takes the artwork you already have, the markets you sell into and your go-live date, and gives you back a redesigned label for each panel. Each one carries the on-pack elements the law requires in those markets on that date, every requirement cited to its source with its status shown.
Labelling rules for every market the brain holds · each cited · each with its status
Checks
- Net quantity and e mark
- Recycling and sorting marks
- Language
- Responsible person
- Scannable code on the back
- Nothing added that is not on your artwork or required
What you give it, and what you get back.
- Upload the artwork you already have
PNG, JPG, PDF, Photoshop or Illustrator files. Your existing design is the starting point, so the rework keeps your brand and changes what the markets need changed.
- Choose the markets and the go-live date
The requirements are the ones that apply in those markets as at the date the pack goes on sale, not the ones in force on the day you run it.
- Get a redesigned label for each panel
Front, back and peel label, each carrying the on-pack elements the law requires there, every requirement cited to its source and shown with its status.
- Only checked designs reach you
Every generated design is checked against your artwork and the marks the markets require before it is shown. A design that fails the check is not saved, so nothing unchecked reaches you.
- Keep the record, hand over the file
Download a sealed design record of the markets, the date, the requirements and the checks. On Rework Pro and Rework Studio, export a layered, editable PDF for your designer or printer.
A new label you can trace line by line.
Every requirement cited, with its status
Each element on the new label names the rule behind it and the source it was read from, and says how sure that rule is.
Checked before you see it
Every generated design is checked against your artwork and the required marks before it is shown. A design that fails is not saved, so nothing unchecked reaches you.
Scannable codes on the outer back
A barcode or QR code always goes on the outer back of the pack, never under a peel label, where it would be hidden until the label is opened.
Licensed marks shown and named
Where a required mark needs its owner's licence, the design shows it so you can see the layout, but it is not embedded in the files you download. The rights holder is named.
A sealed design record
A downloadable record of each design: the markets, the go-live date, the requirements it carries and the checks it passed, sealed so it can be shown later exactly as it was.
A layered PDF your designer can edit
On Rework Pro and Rework Studio: named layers, marks as vectors and text left live rather than flattened, ready to open in a design tool.
Three tiers, with AI runs included each month.
Label Rework is a paid module during the beta. Unlike the other modules, it is not switched on free for every workspace while the beta runs.

- Multi-market batch reworks
- Extra runs: £20 per pack of 10
Included runs reset each billing period. Runs from extra packs carry over until you use them. Failed runs and exports do not use a run. Extra runs come in packs of 10: £30 on Rework Starter, £25 on Rework Pro, £20 on Rework Studio. Annual billing is charged as 10 months for twelve. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT.
Every workspace gets 3 free runs, once, to try it on your own artwork before choosing a tier. Label Rework is a module of its own, separate from the labelling checker. See the full price list.
Label Rework and the labelling checker.
The labelling checker reads the label you have
It compares artwork you are about to print, element by element, against what each market requires, and tells you what is missing. Part of the On-pack labelling module.
Label Rework gives you the label you need
It produces the redesigned panels for the markets and date you choose, checked before you see them. Both read the same cited requirements, so the two never disagree about a rule.
What it does not do.
It does not approve artwork for print. It gives you a checked design with its requirements cited; your own final approval, and your printer's, still come first.
It does not add what is not there. Nothing goes on the new label that is not on your artwork or required in the markets you chose.
It does not hand over a mark it has no right to give. A mark that needs its owner's licence is shown and named, never embedded in your files.
