Twelve clients, twelve spreadsheets, twelve versions of the truth.
One workbench over every client workspace you can reach, with a compliance snapshot for each and a one-click jump into any of them. Clients with gaps sort to the top and are flagged, so your attention goes where the risk is.
You do not connect to a client in Oblifee. The client adds your email address to their Team page with a role, and removes it from the same page. Each client workspace keeps its own plan and subscription, and your access does not change what it is billed.
Every market · every regime · cited absences
What it actually does
Mechanism, in the order it happens.
- Show every workspace you can reach
Each card names the client and its plan, and counts its products, its active legal entities, the markets it has volumes in, and its gaps: products that have shipped volume but still have no packaging data, which is the honest blocker on a correct position.
- Sort by who needs you
Clients with gaps are at the top and flagged, so you can triage at a glance rather than reading down an alphabetical list.
- Switch without switching login
One account belongs to several workspaces. Open moves you into a client, the header always names the workspace you are in, and you are only ever in one at a time.
- Put your firm on the documents
Once your firm joins the partner programme, three documents change when your people generate them inside an attributed client’s workspace: the EPR report PDF, the redesign concept PDF and the compliance run dossier. Their header carries your name and logo. The footer keeps a short Oblifee data credit, because the citations and fee rates in them are ours and the reader is entitled to know.
- Show what the referral is worth
A monthly statement listing every attributed client with 20% of its monthly plan value: the list price of that plan and its add-ons, ex VAT, in GBP. Annual plans count at one twelfth. Clients on trial, on a free arrangement or on a Report Pass count as zero.
What you see
A portfolio view
Every client workspace in one place, gaps first, with the one you are currently in marked and an Open button on every other.
A snapshot per client
Its plan, its products, its businesses, its markets and its gap count.
Your branding on three documents
The EPR report, the redesign concept and the compliance run dossier, when your firm generates them in an attributed workspace. The client’s own team, exporting the same documents, sees the ordinary Oblifee version.
A statement you can export
The same rows as CSV, with a header naming your firm, the month and the basis of the figures.
The referral link carries your partner code for 30 days, and a workspace registered in that window is attributed to your firm when it is created. Referring is optional: a consultant who only advises loses nothing by not joining.
What it costs
+£99 a month, on any plan. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, and annual billing is charged as ten months for twelve.
During the public beta every module is switched on for every workspace, whatever add-ons you hold. This is the price that applies once the beta ends.
The regulatory brain is reference data shared by every workspace: what you see in it is what every other customer sees, with the same citations and the same confidence labels. A module decides which regimes the platform answers for, never how sure it is allowed to be.
What it does not do
It does not mix two clients on one screen. You are in one workspace at a time, its name is in the header, and each client’s data, team and settings stay separate.
It does not give you access a client has not given you. A referral records your firm on the workspace; it does not open it. Access still comes from the client inviting you.
It does not move money. Every figure on the statement is marked estimate because it is computed from the plan fields we hold rather than from invoices. LataSys reconciles it against Stripe, the payout is agreed with you in writing before it is made, and if the reconciled figure differs the reconciled figure stands.
