Terms of Service

Last updated 5 August 2026. These terms govern use of Oblifee, a service of LataSys Limited.

The service

Oblifee provides regulatory information and fee calculations for producer responsibility (packaging, WEEE, batteries, textiles, pharmaceutical take-back), on-pack labelling, cosmetics and health-claims rules, product passports, dangerous-goods carriage facts and related compliance regimes, based on your imported business data and our continuously monitored regulatory dataset.

Information, not legal advice

Every figure in Oblifee carries a status. Confirmed means a published rate from the scheme or regulator, with its source. Illustrative means the scheme's own draft figures. Estimate means our assessment, clearly marked, where no official figure exists. Oblifee is a compliance information tool; it is not legal advice, and filings remain your responsibility.

Your workspace and data

• You retain all rights to the data you import. We use it only to provide the service.
• Workspaces are isolated per tenant and enforced at the database level.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you import.
• Workspace access for additional users is granted through LataSys administration.

Acceptable use

No attempts to access other tenants' data, probe or overload the service, or resell the regulatory dataset without a licence agreement.

Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may update these terms; we will tell you in the application when we do.
