Module

The figures are right in the platform and wrong in the form the scheme wants them on.

Tonnage and estimated fee per market, each row carrying its confidence status and exported as a PDF stamped with the regulatory data version that produced it, so a report is reproducible and auditable rather than a snapshot nobody can place.

Every figure this module produces is arithmetic on cited facts. No model is involved in a number, a target or a fee.

Every market · every regime · cited absences

What it actually does

Mechanism, in the order it happens.

  1. Shape the figures the way the scheme asks

A per-market table of tonnage placed on the market and the estimated fee, each row carrying its confidence status, with a one-click PDF export whose header names the regulatory data version the figures were drawn from.

  2. Take your attestations, verbatim

Heavy-metal totals, PFAS status and your Annex IV minimisation work are yours to state. They are stored verbatim and append-only, each showing who attested it and when, and their absence is reported as exactly that. You can cite documents from the product’s vault as supporting evidence, and the attestation you save remains the legal record.

  3. Score each product against the six pillars

Substances of concern, design for recycling, recycled content, minimisation, reusability and labelling, Articles 5 to 12. A pillar reads Ready only when it rests on a complete attestation, Needs attention when one exists but is incomplete, and Not assessed otherwise. The order is enforced on the server, so a section submitted out of turn is refused rather than hidden.

  4. Prepare the declaration of conformity

On the model set out in Annex VIII of Regulation (EU) 2025/40: the eight numbered elements and the signature block, in the regulation’s own wording. Packaging is self-assessed under Annex VII Module A, with no notified body. You sign it, and thereby take responsibility for the packaging under Article 39(4).

  5. Re-evaluate a pack at a future year

Pick a horizon year from 2026 to 2035, edit the product’s bill of materials as a scenario, and see what that year asks of it. Rates and targets are read as they stand on 31 December of the horizon year. Save it, keep up to fifty per product, compare any two side by side, or promote one to Packaging Builder. Nothing you change in the planner alters the product itself.

What you see

A position you can file from

Tonnage and estimated fee per market, each row with its confidence status, exported as a PDF tied to an exact state of the regulatory brain.

Readiness per product

Across the six pillars, each reading Ready, Needs attention or Not assessed, with the article it rests on and the attestation behind it.

A declaration with a sealed manifest

Every prepared declaration carries a hash of the product data, the content hash of every attestation row, the SHA-256 of every cited vault document, the regulatory data version and the manifest’s own SHA-256, all written to the audit log. It is produced as a branded PDF and as a self-contained HTML twin that embeds the manifest, so any copy can be verified independently.

Saved scenarios, side by side

Two futures for the same pack, both re-evaluated at the moment you compare them, against the same brain load. Each fee line names the rate it used, that rate’s status, its citation and its basis.

Regulation (EU) 2025/40 applies from 12 August 2026. On a trialing plan the PDF export is held back, and saving or attesting needs owner or admin rights; a view-only member can re-evaluate but not save.

What it costs

+£29 / month

+£29 a month, on any plan. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, and annual billing is charged as ten months for twelve.

Every figure here is on the price list

During the public beta every module is switched on for every workspace, whatever add-ons you hold. This is the price that applies once the beta ends.

The regulatory brain is reference data shared by every workspace: what you see in it is what every other customer sees, with the same citations and the same confidence labels. A module decides which regimes the platform answers for, never how sure it is allowed to be.

What it does not do

It does not submit anything. Oblifee prepares the figures and the report; it is not a filing portal, and you take the export to each scheme.
It does not sign the declaration, and it will not produce a baseless one. While a mandatory pillar is missing, the prepare button is replaced by the exact list of what is still needed and generation is refused.
It does not verify your statements. Heavy-metal totals, PFAS status and recyclability grades are recorded verbatim as yours, not checked by us.
It does not use a model. A scenario is arithmetic on the rates the brain holds dated for that year, and where it holds none the basis column says which rate it used instead.
Straight answers

Asked often enough to answer here.

Can Oblifee produce a report I can file?

It produces submission-ready figures per market with the cited report behind them, per-product PPWR readiness across the pillars, and an EU Declaration of Conformity generated to Annex VIII of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 and prepared for signature. Filing remains yours.
